Cargill leaders will also be available for interviews to explain ways Cargill is going the extra mile to solve customer challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Themed &#8220;a far-reaching network that is always within reach&#8221; Cargill&#8217;s virtual booth will focus on three pillars &#8211; Supply Chain Reliability, Labor-Saving Solutions and Sustainability &#8211; and how Cargill is partnering with customers to grow their bottom line. Cargill is committed to innovation and providing value-added products and solutions that drive customer growth.<\/p>\n<p>The Cargill booth will also highlight several key products, including Castle Wood Reserve\u00ae deli meats, the recently launched The Chompery\u2122 pet treats line and the new portfolio of Crave House\u2122 plant-based products. He went on to hold several Cargill positions in sales, distribution, IT, and was the key account manager for the Cargill Wal-Mart team. He joined Swift in 2005 as Vice President of Retail Sales and in 2008, became the Vice President of Business Development for Smithfield.<\/p>\n<p>Tom rejoined Cargill in 2009 as Vice President of Value Creation and added beef marketing responsibilities in 2010. Tom joined the Case Ready business unit in 2011 as Commercial Manager and was promoted to US General Manager in 2013. Tom led the Go to Market integration effort as Cargill integrated the Beef and Case Ready business units. Tom became President of Cargill Food Distribution Business in August of 2015. In January 2017, Tom was named to his current position of President, Retail Channel.<\/p>\n<p>A 1992 graduate of the University of Illinois, Tom earned his bachelor&#8217;s degree in Agricultural Economics. He is active in kid&#8217;s sports and activities and is a Big Brother\/Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Currently, she leads Cargill&#8217;s Protein and Animal Nutrition sustainability teams to develop and execute Cargill&#8217;s Sustainable Animal Protein Strategy which addresses sustainability challenges and opportunities throughout the animal protein value chain.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Cargill, Heather spent 15 years at 3M leading various aspects of sustainability, most recently as 3M&#8217;s Head of International Sustainability &amp; Community Investment. During her time at 3M, Heather led work to embed sustainability into innovation, business development, business strategy, and key account engagement.
